When comparing cooking fats, always remember; all fats are not created equal! Studies have shown that the fasts found in grass-fed & finished beef and dairy may provide a whole host of health benefits because they contain Conjugated Linoleic Acid or (CLA) omega-6 fatty acid. These fats are very different from the trans fats found in manufactured hydrogenated vegetable oils which have been linked to inflammation and obesity.

Grass-fed & finished fats are important because the amount of CLA present depends significantly on what the animals eat. Most estimates suggest that grass-fed & finished beef and dairy can be 300-500% richer in CLA than grain-fed animals.

Only tried the Hickory Smoked so far. Maybe consider selling it in smaller jars so I can share a small amount and let them test out the flavor. Grass fed and finished beef and tallow is where it's at for me. Thanks for all you do to provide regenerative healthy food.

I purchased this tallow oh I guess about a month or so ago and have already gone through over a half a jar. A little goes a long way with the stuff using it when frying eggs or even omelettes when I smoke using the 321 method I add the tallow And honey before I wrap the meat and it turns out phenomenal. When I fry potatoes with it I do a 50-50 tallow and bacon fat . Needless to say I will never buy grocery store Tallow again. I can’t say enough good things about this product.
Will definitely purchase more when my two jars run dry. Thank you for a great product.
